It would be great to have better formatting for 9:16 videos so there isn't huge pillar boxing.

Agreed. It's especially noticeable on mobile where the user's screen is already in portrait format and Replay shrinks it down to a tiny portion of the screen to make space for the horizontal player. If I hit Full Screen the pillarboxing is gone, but I can't leave comments in full screen.

Katie Ried have just upvoted this, really feel a lot of our reviews do now include portrait/vertical videos. Have attached a mock up of how I think it could work to maximise more screen real estate when reviewing Portrait videos. And I'd love the option to have the transcript open at the same time as comments. :)

Ara Bozadjian 100% agree on this. I think that the screen real estate should always be in favor of the content.
