I can not download a video shared with me that I paid for

Instructions that I look up online make it look easy but there is no download Icon anywhere. No button or help chat or nothing to process this.

Hi Elmer W - you'll have to reach out to the person you bought the video from. They'll need to enable downloads in the share modal when creating the share link
