I would love to see an Export to PDF feature in Dropbox Replay that allows users to generate reports for each document, capturing:

Full Version History – A PDF report showing all versions of a document, including an image of each version, annotations, drawings, comments, and key decisions made.

Final Proof Export – The ability to export the latest version of a proof with a version number, decision status, and timestamp stamped on it, providing a clear record of progress.

Why This is Needed

We use Airtable to track large illustration projects for natural history books, often collaborating with illustrators and scientists who work on these projects intermittently. These projects frequently stop and start due to collaborators working in their own time, meaning there are often long gaps between revisions.

Without a clear historical record of discussions and decisions, it can be challenging to remember past work when resuming a project. Having the ability to save and reference a PDF report containing all version history, comments, and decisions would be incredibly helpful for maintaining project continuity.

Additionally, a stamped proof export would allow us to track the current state of each illustration at a glance, helping with team communication, approval processes, and quality control.

This feature would be a huge time-saver for teams managing complex, long-term projects with multiple collaborators.
