Custom status would be awesome to have, bcs each company has a bit different process, for example I would add a needs a client review and change the approved to ready for ads (we are lead gen agency). And just to customize the buttons for our jargon.

I would make the change to be done only by admins or people with permissons, so not everybody can just create random statuses.
