Send multiple files from Dropbox to Replay

There should be a button when you select a couple of videos from your Dropbox platform, that says "send to Replay" that takes you immediately to the Replay platform with the videos there. Unless there is a button, if there it is difficult to be seen.

New versions when file is updated in Dropbox
Keith McCreary
When a file is updated in Dropbox, it should be a new version in Replay.
I work with a lot of videos and overwrite the old files. If the newer file was either added as a new version or just updated to match what's in Dropbox, Replay would be perfect for my needs.
As it is now, I could have "filename-1" on Replay and "Filename-1" in a folder on Dropbox and they could be two entirely different files.

Hi all, thank you for the feedback on this request. We know that this is a very important feature to improve efficiency as you work with both Dropbox and Replay and have been reviewing the best way to bring it to life. We are currently working on this request and will keep this thread posted with updates! In the meantime, please continue letting us know if you have any other thoughts about how you'd use this feature or requests on how you'd want us to build it out to best serve your needs.

Hey Alfonso Solis - thanks for the feedback! You can send single videos to Replay using the "Send for review" button (you have 2 options to get to it)
But totally hear you on wanting to send multiple videos and making that button more discoverable. We'll leave this request open for others to vote

Hey Brian thank you to hear from me as user. It would be very useful when you can select multiple videos and send them over to Replay. I work with multiple video revision and this process seems to be a bit longer since you have to select one by one of the videos and later organize them into the Replay platform. Additional to this it would be helpful if you can organize those videos in the folder you want from Dropbox platform.
Warmest regards!

Alfonso Solis: We do have this feature request as well:
Not sure when we'll be able to get to it but I think this would help simplify the integration between Dropbox and Replay!
One thing I'll add is that in the meantime, you can add folders and multiple files directly from Dropbox in the Replay app. Does this help meet your needs?

Hi Akila Amaratunga - Dropbox Engineer
I meant from Dropbox app send multiple videos to review in Dropbox Replay, organize them without quit the app.
Also once they're done with edits send multiple videos back to Dropbox from Dropbox Replay.

We are hoping to deliver this in 2024 but updating the status here as we won't be able to deliver before then.

Katie Ried: Any update on when this could be available? Would be really useful! :)

"Approved Status" auto share on Dropbox
Patrick Woods
When a video is approved it should auto generate a folder, move the approved video to that folder and share with the relevant stakeholders.
Changing a version to approved should also prompt the user with a msg "are you sure, this will auto share the content with the stakeholders of your project". we should be able to check box the users we want to share it with if we don't want to share the vid with everyone on the review panel.
