I would love to have a setting where I can tick 'download' as a general setting. Now I have to go into the settings per folder/video and select 'dowload'. Saves some time :)

Every client I send a link to tells me they cant download their video. Even when I set it to downloadable. I dont know if this is because it doesnt work or they just cant find the download button. Please just make all videos downloadable like dropbox. Everything else is amazing about replay except the downloads. Which is a shame as for my work its and extremely important part.

So I primarily am using to send videos as "viewable-no comments" and want them to be able to download...It would sure be nice to have these options able to be set as "defaults" for my account!

Having trouble when I set a video or group of videos so they can be downloaded by clients. They say after I have allowed downloads (and saved) that they do not get an option to download. Hopefully this makes sense, thanks

Can there be a way to batch download Tiff files within a project folder? this would be an easy way for clients to access multiple files at once

Would be great to batch export entire folder while keeping each video title. Currently when I want to export/download, or place back in specific Dropbox folder, I have to export each final video one by one and individually rename each video
