Hi Justin and Diana Gladney. In looking at your accounts, it looks like you both are on the limited freemium plan -- as your teams have not upgraded to the paid Replay Add-On. With the freemium plan, every individuals gets a maximum of 4 total files uploaded (this only counts files added after 4/25/23).
If you or anyone on your team has fewer than 4 files in Replay and this problem is persisting, please share a screenshot of what you are seeing and I can dig into that.
If you have more than 4 files and want to remove this limit, the solution to this problem is to have your team admin upgrade to the Replay Add-On using this link - http://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/billing?modal=manage_addon&addon_family=REPLAY

Katie Ried: Hi Katie, we're actually not on the free plan and upgraded once the Beta was coming to an end. We use the regular Add-on plan as part of our regular Dropbox subscription. If I'm the account owner, I'm not sure why individuals either granted access to Replay or those on the team would be limited if it's my account.
So, are you saying someone I invite to Dropbox Replay on my account would need to pay for a Replay account as well to upload files to my account? I can't see that being logical for contracted workers that work less than part-time for the company.

Diana Gladney: I'm going to follow up with you via email with a few other questions to help here. But to answer your other question, yes, any creator inside of Replay has a limit of 4 files to upload for free and then they need to upgrade to a paid plan, or they can delete one of those 4 files to free up another file to upload. Also if they upload a new version to a file that you have created as an add-on user, then that will NOT count toward their 4 file limit.
One other note, these users can pay monthly so in a world where they are contracted for specific projects, they can upgrade just for months when they have work to complete for your company on a part-time basis.

Hi Justin apologies that you are running into this issue and that you didn't hear back from us sooner. Are you still running into this issue?

Katie Ried: Same, I have tons of space remaining and my thumbnail editor can't upload images because it's saying he ran into his limit an, andd it was the first one on Replay in some weeks.
